Keep things simple with the RW2450, a plug and play welding system from RobotWorx.
This workcell is designed for fast and efficient welding on a HS / TS positioner. The fully integrated RW2450 is capable of handling small to mid-sized parts. We can easily customize all the features of this system to fit your needs. When the system arrives at your facility, it will be ready for production.
The Robot:
At the heart of the RW2450 is the welding robot. Any small to medium welding robot (for example, the Fanuc ArcMate 100i RJ2 or Motoman UP6) will work. You choose and we'll incorporate the robot, controller, welding package and EOAT to match your part and application. All wiring and cabling is preconfigured.
The Workcell:
The surrounding steel framing that makes up the RW2450 is 4597mm x 3658mm x 2667mm. It provides a common base, allowing the system to be easily shipped, transported, and installed.
The Positioners:
How do the parts reach the welding robot? RobotWorx has integrated a 180 degree indexing table and two headstock/tailstock parts positioners to bring parts quickly and efficiently. The positioners have 450kg capacities.
The Safety Features:
The workcell is created to protect human workers. Arc glare, interlocking doors, steel walls, safety mats, light curtains - all these elements create the total safety environment. An operator's station - the Allen Bradley PanelView 1000 - provides for programming and surveillance at a safe distance.

RobotWorx provides free training on your system. Learn how to power up, program, and more at our facility. When you are satisfied, we'll crate and ship your robot system.
