The application-specific Motoman ES165 robot handles spot welding expertly. One of four "Expert Spot" welding robots, this powerful model has a payload of 165kg and a reach of 2651mm.

Motoman created the ES robot family to perform spot welds with precision and top-speeds.
 
It is made more efficient with a streamlined cabling arrangement. All wires and cables run through the base and inside the upper arm. This minimizes safety hazards, and programming time, while adding to the longevity of the system. It also provides better accessibility to parts and faster cycles.
